Very hit and miss with staff in this store. Technical team are helpful but shop floor staff are not consistent. Came in with my son to ask about iPad Pro and pencil and the staff member clearly didn’t want to bother with us. I spend a lot of money on Apple products and was pretty shocked. He was patronising and spent five minutes looking bored. I kept my money in my pocket.

"Extremely disappointed with the service at the Brent Cross Apple Store. I arrived 30 minutes early for a scheduled battery replacement for my brother, who is visiting from abroad. Despite the store being very quiet (I even took a video showing how empty it was), I was told it was impossible to check in. The female staff member was dismissive, and the manager, Dan, was bossy and rude in front of other customers. I was forced to leave and come back at 16:20.
To make matters worse, during the process, they broke the screen protector and claimed they don't cover it because they 'usually just throw them away.' This is completely unfair. They broke my property and then told me I could just buy a new one from them! It feels like a scam—break the customer's protection so they are forced to buy Apple's expensive version. Good business for them, but terrible for the customer.

I called Apple with an issue regarding my Mac’s storage system, and Omar provided exceptional support. He stayed on the phone patiently, guiding me step by step through the entire process until everything was resolved.
He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the experience. I really appreciate his support and couldn’t have asked for better service.

If you have an issue with your iPhone but didn't buy it there.Do not go! They will do a diagnostic and sent you back to where you bought it.My son iPhone 16 pro stopped working after a year . Out of the blue,it stopped charging went totally black. We booked an appointment, they had no ideas why it stopped working. No water, it didn't fall.Perfect condition according to the summary sheet given to us, but no idea why it stopped working. They sent us back to the seller (02). We went back and forth between both shops as they both have very rational arguments about who should take care of the repair but none of them wanted to take the responsibility. To drive 50 min and to have to deal with this for 2h very annoying. At last 02 took the phone and we had a nice presentation from the apple guy on how to use a camera. I swear if my son ask me to buy him a apple phone again .......
